Sisters met at Senior Citizens’ Residence

Srs Dominic Marie, Gabriella and Gisela talked about their time together in California.
Srs Gabriella and Dagmar; Gabriella had brought home-baked cookies for the Sisters. While distributing them on plates, both exchanged memories from earlier times.
Srs Irma, Thelma, Gabriella, Gladys and Mellita were together in Argentina for different lengths of time.

Sisters Gabriella Williams and Gladys Echenique from Tuscon/Arizona (USA) and Dominic Marie Bonnici from California (USA) made a stopover at Senior Citizens’ Residence Kist on their trip to South Africa for the international meeting of our congregation.
The Sisters stayed in Kist over the New Year from December 30, 2024 to January 2, 2025 and celebrated the New Year together with their fellow Sisters living in the Senior Citizens’ Residence.
Both sides were very happy to see each other again. Some of the Sisters had lived and worked together in different places for different lengths of time in the past and were finally able to meet up again - in some cases after a very long time. That was a joy for everyone of them.
Sr Gabriella currently works in Tuscon/Arizona in the “Casa Maria Soup Kitchen”Sr Gladys works for the Diocese of Tuscon, for the Spanish-speaking parishes. Sr Dominic Marie works in the “Christ the King” parish.
