Dominican Sisters‘ Christmas crib set up in Senior Residence in Kist

On Sunday, 5 November 2023, Bishop Dr Franz Jung visited the Oakford Dominican Sisters in the Senior Citizens’ Residence Kist.

In the parish "Our Lady of Good Help" in Verulam (South Africa) the parish leaders want to support the youth with different events.

Sr Ildefonsa Grätz OP celebrated her 90th birthday on 5th October 2023.

Three sisters, who had previously been cared for at the Caritas Senior Centre St. Martin in Lohr, moved to the Senior Residence in Kist.

Father Nkosinathi paid tribute to the Dominican Sisters for the work of evangelization they had done to establish the church.

By founding the "Friends of St. Martin de Porres" project, Ligia da Silva followed the signs she saw and a special call.

Sr Marie Bernarde Jean-Louis was invited by former students to Kimberley to a “Find and Thank your Leaders” celebration honouring her.
