Sr Celia Smit, Director of Villa Assumpta Home for the elderly addressed Residents, Sisters and Staff at an end of year function on the 16 December to celebrate life.

Sr. Adelinde lived in deep relationship with Christ and was a life-affirming, courageous, loyal, energetic and practical woman.

The “Adlergebirgler Association” awarded Sr M. Theresita Wanitschek OP the 2018 Golden Badge of Honour for her meritorious work for the Adlergebirge (Eagle Mountains) home region.
