The Heritage Day long weekend in September saw different events taking place in our communities in KwaZulu Natal.

The Sisters of the "Small Group of St. Dominic" enjoyed their day trip to the Federal Garden Show in Erfurt in glorious late summer weather with all their senses and returned with impressions of the extraordinary beauty and diversity of creation.

Mass was celebrated at Villa Assumpta/Siena on Friday 27 August followed by the interment of the ashes of Sisters Hildegunde Runne and Justina Priess.

2021, not unlike 2020, has been a challenging year because of the Covid 19 pandemic which has meant that by and large the Sisters have not been able to move around as freely as some of them would like to.
