Celebrated with sparkling wine and flowers
Sisters on the residents' committee
The newly elected residents' committee of the Kist retirement home, which was elected in the summer for a two-year term, held its first meeting. The work of the residents' committee is an important part of co-determination and participation.
Two sisters are also members of the committee again: Sr. Hilke Stenner was re-elected and Sr. Irmengard Götte was newly elected. It is important to both of them that the concerns of the residents are heard and constructively addressed. In addition, the positive aspects should also be highlighted and the work and friendliness of the employees supported.
The elected members were already celebrated with champagne and flowers at the summer party in July.
