Dominican Sisters‘ Christmas crib set up in Senior Residence in Kist.
The Dominican Sisters have taken their Christmas crib from the St. Josef convent in Neustadt to Senior Residence in Kist and set it up there for the first time.
Sr Liboria Menke OP, who died in June 2023, was the creator of all the nativity figures. She designed and modeled them and sewed all their clothes. The fact that the Christmas crib has now found a new home in the Kist retirement home would certainly please Sr Liboria.
